Our Story
A little over a year ago, I closed the doors of Bluebird.
It wasn’t an easy decision. This space had been my dream — my little corner of creativity and beauty. But I began to feel a nudge from God — and I didn’t fully understand it, but I knew I was being asked to let go. After months of prayer, reflection, and tears, I chose to trust that voice.
After over a decade, I released what I loved, without knowing what would come next.
What I didn’t expect… was Jake.
Somewhere in the quiet after I closed the store, I met someone who didn’t just ask what I do — but asked who I am. Someone who encouraged rest, creativity, and freedom. Jake and I fell in love, and knew early on God had given us a unique gift. Somewhere between all our adventures and long conversations about life, God, and beauty — I began to feel the Spirit stirring.
In the months leading up to our wedding, we spent time in prayer — asking God what was next for our lives and for how our gifts might come together. We knocked on a lot of doors, explored new possibilities, waiting with surrendered hearts. And slowly, the answer became clear.
So we're excited to announce: Jake and I are reopening the doors of Bluebird together, with fresh vision and open hands!
Bluebird is still rooted in all the things you once loved — vintage charm, meaningful pieces, and that feeling of ease and belonging the moment you step inside.
We’re curating more than objects — we’re creating a space for connection, creativity, and sacred everyday beauty.
